Lost and Found at Coba

Coba Mexico - Coba Ruins - At the top

On my last day in Tulum I was determined to succeed in exploring as many ruins as possible. I booked my bus tickets the night before, readied my day pack, and was set to hike to the top of the Coba ruins. So when I visited Butrint in Albania, it was not JUST another ancient ruin.

My favourite Ruins – Ollantaytambo, Peru

Day 39 & 40 – Ollantaytambo & Aguas Calientes, Peru

Welcome to Ollantaytambo! Giant Ruins with 428 Steps! (I counted to keep myself from fainting in the heat!) What well placed ruins. Such beauty. I do truly love Peru. I think I might come back and live in this country at some point in my life.
