White Like the Snow – #FriFotos

This weeks #FriFotos theme is White. And being from Canada you can bet you’ll get a few snow shots in this one! A lot of people despise winter, the cold, and especially the snow (namely the shovelling that comes along with it) – but me – I love a deep snow fall. The softness coating everything and the stark contrast between a freshly white ski hill and the bright blue skies? There is almost nothing more beautiful to me. And then there is everything else that is white – an oft overlooked colour. Check it out.

Cloudy Skies for #FriFotos

Clouds are something that always fascinate me because of the dynamic they create in my photos. So this #FriFotos theme being Clouds made it great fun looking through all my photos. #FriFotos – Lakes

This weeks #FriFotos is one of my favourite things: Lakes! I have always been a champion of lakes over beaches. Why? Because I love fresh water – and Canada is cholk-full of fresh water Lakes. Some of my favourite travel moments have been on lakes all around the world – from the highest lake in the world to the largest fresh water source in the world! #FriFotos – Summertime

As I sit here typing this my mind is outside. The beautiful blue skies and lush greens that make Thunder Bay a beautiful place to be in Summertime.
